I read the article "Benefits of Daily Exercise" from website http://www.healthyjet.com/blog/2009/12/14/benefits-of-daily-exercise.html and appreciated the reminder of getting off my duff and restart exercising daily. I usually feel good enough to get in my exercise bike in the morning. When I miss a time, I know I will get it done "tomorrow". I realize exercising does me good, like everyone else.
The author of this article does an excellent job in enticing a reader to whatever they can to strengthen their heart; heart attacks are better controlled and strokes make their exit the more one exercises. Type II Diabetes is adverted by exercising it away. I suggest you go to the site listed at the bottom of this review and see if rings a bell for you. www.losems.com |
