Improve your memory by exercising. Research shows that simple exercising can enhance your mood, problem-solving abilities along with your memory. Evidence shows our thoughts and emotions are affected by our movements. When we get in a rut, we need to think the same over and over. Routine is desparately important to me; I need to be able to preplan my chores then I have to think about what I want to accomplish and know which day of the week I am working on. And it doesn't change week to week, month to month.
Fundamentally, my thoughts change when I change environments. Problem-solving might come easier in the open air rather than your office. Try to find where your places are and see if you can marry your mind and your movements in hopes of increased memory.
