Romance or Work?

This is the fun part of my job.  I can write whatever I want and hope it has some meaning for you.  What is the success rate of MSer getting a new partner or keeping the partner you’ve had since the beginning for your travails with MS?  A little romance can do a wonderful thing for your feeling of wanted and self-worth.  Obviously my world is further learning about MS.  Nineteen eighty-four was the year I was diagnosed by the medical side of this equation.  I was having attacks prior to that year but only bruises and broken pinky finger on my left hand were evidence of something.  I finished college in 1981 (slow learner) left for Colorado to be with family

I’ve been hooked on PC’s every since the class Mom funded for me.  I guess I just like the sound of the keys clicking. Every job I have had required PC use and knowledge and so here I am; still typing but on my own laptop and my own computer.  At home.  I am alone during the day but use the phone to keep in touch with family and friends.  By the way, I moved back to Oregon to save my condo and find work.  The only job I found was a typing job through Kelly Services.  All this time I was searching for some romance.  After 10 years of aloneness, I met my husband through a blind date introduction.  We’ve been married now for 23 years.  Never thought that was possible for me but my hubby knew my situation and that didn’t faze him.
